KOMEYUI Brisbane brings the same approach to Spring Hill: rice cooked in the hagama, a sushi counter serving the seasonal omakase our two teams create together, and a calm dining room with well-spaced tables. A private dining room is available for groups.
Our chef — Kuma
Motomu Kumano — Kuma — grew up in a small fishing town in Hokkaido. He came to Australia in 2005 and opened KOMEYUI in Melbourne in 2011. As owner and director, he oversees each season’s omakase — created with the Melbourne and Brisbane teams — proposing ideas and refining dishes where needed.

We recommend the Holiday Inn Express Brisbane Central car park, across the street from the restaurant. The entrance is at 7 Henry Street, Spring Hill.
