Please select “Sushi Counter” as your seating area if you wish to book an Omakase experience. Omakase is not available at Table seating.
Your table is secured for 120 minutes.
Children are welcome. A kids menu and high chairs are available. Please include infants and toddlers in your guest numbers and let us know in the comments if you need a high chair or pram space.
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please tell us when you book. Please note the Seasonal Omakase cannot be adapted for vegetarian or vegan guests.
Online bookings are available for up to 12 guests. For groups of 13 or more, please call us directly.

A credit card is required to secure all Sushi Counter reservations, Private Dining Room bookings and groups of eight or more guests. Card details are held securely; nothing is charged when you book.
You can change your booking using the link in your confirmation email up to 6 hours before your booking time. Within 6 hours, please call us on +61 3 9645 5420.
Should you wish to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, incur a fee as specified at the time of booking, charged to the card provided.
You may reschedule your reservation once within the 24-hour period before this fee is incurred. The fee applies regardless of lead time if you cancel the rescheduled booking.
Should you arrive before your booking time, we may not be able to seat you until your original time. If you arrive late, the 120-minute table time still runs from your original booking time.
If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your booking time and we have not heard from you, we reserve the right to release your table.
If something unavoidable prevents you from making your booking, please call us - genuine circumstances may be recognised with a dining credit for a future visit.

A 10% service surcharge applies on Sundays and a 15% service surcharge applies on public holidays.
